We are pleased to announce that Colin Winchester has joined Shorehill Capital (“Shorehill”) as the newest member of the investment team. Colin joined Shorehill in April 2025, bringing nearly four years of management consulting experience to the firm. As an Associate, he will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Shorehill, Colin worked as a Senior Consultant at CIL Management Consultants. While at CIL, Colin provided investor advisory services to private equity clients in the lower and middle market, focusing on commercial due diligence and growth strategies. Colin, a Chicago-area native, earned a Master of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree in Communications from Northwestern University.
