We are pleased to announce that Dave Frauen has joined Shorehill Capital (“Shorehill”) as the newest member of the investment team. Dave joined Shorehill in January 2026, bringing nearly four years of investment banking experience to the firm. As an Associate, he will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Shorehill, Dave worked as an Associate at Lincoln International (“Lincoln”) on their Industrials M&A team. While at Lincoln, Dave specialized in sell-side middle market transactions for both private equity and founder-owned industrial businesses. Dave holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Applied Mathematics from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
